Admissions Process
Step 1: Begin Your Journey
To start, simply fill out our online Inquiry Form, or reach out to us at info@chaoyin.ca. Once we receive your information, an admissions advisor will contact you to arrange a virtual or in-person meeting, where we can answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Complete Your Application Package
Your application package should include the following documents:

- Student’s passport copy
- Parent(s)’ PR card or passport copy
- Recent school report
- Reference letter

A non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. You can conveniently e-transfer this fee to accounting@chaoyinschool.ca (please include your child’s full name in the reference). If you prefer another payment method, reach out to info@chaoyin.ca. Once we receive the fee, our admissions team will confirm and start processing your application.
Step 3: Interview and Assessment
Following a review of your application, we will invite you and your child to meet with our principal for an interview, along with an assessment for your child. This helps us understand how Chaoyin can best support your family’s educational goals.
Step 4: Admission Results
Within two weeks of the interview and assessment, we will notify you of your application status. If accepted, your family will receive:

- An invoice for the tuition amount
