Admissions Process
Step 1: Begin Your Journey
To start, you can apply online, or reach out to us at admissions@chaoyin.ca. Once we receive your information, an admissions advisor will contact you to arrange a virtual or in-person meeting, where we can answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Complete Your Application Package
Your application package should include the following documents:
A copy of the child’s birth certificate verifying the student’s date of birth. If the birth certificate is in a language other than English, a certified English translation is required.
3. Student’s Passport/ID Copy:
A copy of the student’s valid passport or ID.
4. Parent/Guardian Identification Copy:
A copy of a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or service carding showing current address.
5. School Records/Reference Letters:
Report cards or reference letters from a previous school or teacher.
6. Immunization Records:
A copy of the student’s immunization history.
8. Application Fee Transaction Receipt or Screenshot:
A $250 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of application.
A non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. You can conveniently e-transfer this fee to ap.cydaycare@gmail.com (please include your child’s full name in the reference). If you prefer another payment method, reach out to admissions@chaoyin.ca. Once we receive the fee, our admissions team will confirm and start processing your application.
Step 3: Interview and Assessment
Following a review of your application, we will invite you and your child to meet with our principal for an interview, along with an assessment for your child. This helps us understand how Chaoyin can best support your family’s educational goals.
Step 4: Admission Results
Within the admissions timeline, we will notify you of your application status. If accepted, your family will receive:

- An invoice for the tuition amount

Waitlist Information
Due to high demand, we maintain a structured waitlist. Priority may be given to:
- Siblings of current students
- Families continuing into CBS programs
Tuition & Fees
$1,150/month, including tuition, mandatory hot lunch program, and daily snacks.

Tours & Open Houses
We encourage families to visit our campus. Please book a tour or attend an Open House through our website.
