Admissions Process

Step 1: Start Your Application

Once you submit your information, a friendly admissions advisor will reach out to you to schedule either a virtual or in-person meeting to answer any questions you may have.

Step 2: Prepare Your Application Package

The Application Package includes:

Application Form
Copy of Passport
Most recent report card (for Grade 1+ applicants)

Along with the completed application, an application fee payment is required in order to process your submission. Admissions staff will contact you as soon as your fee is received, and your application is being processed.

Step 3: Assessment

Kindergarten applicants will take an online interview or meet offline with the admission office.
Grades 1-7 will be required to take an academic readiness assessment as well as an interview. Interviews are also needed for all the parents of student applicants, conducted by the admission office or through a Zoom call.

Step 4: Notification of Results

After submitting your application package and completing the assessment interview, you will be notified if you are good fit for the Chaoyin program within two weeks following the admission interview.

The student and the family will receive:

A pre-acceptance letter and welcome information.
An invoice of the tuition amount.
