Admissions Process
Step 1: Start Your Application

Once you submit your information, a friendly admissions advisor will reach out to you as soon as possible to schedule a virtual meeting or a phone call to answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Prepare Your Application Package
The Application Package includes:
Application Form
Copy of Passport
Most recent report card (for Grade 1+ applicants)
Reference Letter from a current teacher
Along with the application, an $250 application fee payment is required in order to process your application. Admissions staff will contact you as soon as your fee is received, and your application is being processed.
* You may e-transfer the fee to accounting@chaoyin.ca (Note: please reference the first and last name of your child) or pay by cheque (The cheque must be made out to 0532 Education Ltd.).
Step 3: Assessment
Kindergarten will take an online interview or meet offline at the school.
Grade 1 to 7 will need to take an academic readiness assessment as well as an interview. Interviews are also needed for all the parents of student applicants, they will either be conducted at the school or through a zoom call.
Step 4: Notification of Results
After submitting your application package and completing the assessment interview, you will be notified if you are good fit for the Chaoyin program within two weeks following their admissions interviews.
The student and the family will receive:
A pre-acceptance letter
An invoice of the tuition amount
